Adam finished his ironman triathlon in 13 hours and 50 minutes. It was a 2 mile, 112 mile bike ride and 26.2 mile run. We are very excited to have him back to a normal lifestyle that does not included intense training.

it's official...now I'm SUPER impressed! congratulations, that's pretty freakin awesome!
Adam is now officially an IRON MAN. How cool is that? And he's looks hot in spandex. Lucky you Mish. :) Now I want to see more pictures my little Arden!!!
I can't believe Adam did an Iron Man!! That is amazing!
